Victor Valerio is an Aquaculture Engineer in at the University of Los Lagos, with experienced in Chile and Canada. He has participated in aquaculture projects in the areas of fresh water, project design and nutrition issues team with academics from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. It highlights its participation in work and subsequent paper that collects and analyzes innovative experiences in Chile and dialogues between the scientific community, business and society “based on scientific knowledge Innovation”.

Alfredo Illanes is a researcher at the department of Technologies of OVG, Magdeburg University. After obtaining a Master in Signal Processing applications in cardiac signals, he received a Ph.D. in INRIA, Rennes, France, in the area of electrocardiogram (ECG) signal processing and modeling. Since then he has been involved in several research projects implemented in the field of biological signals, image processing and modeling. Also as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Engineering at the Universidad Austral de Chile. His current research project involves extraction of biosignals and paramedical modeling biological processes
MSc. COMPUTER SCIENCE RWTH AACHEN UNIVERSITY, GERMANY
Cristian Wente holds a Masters degree in Computer Science at RWTH Aachen University, Germany. With more than 20 years in the field of Informatics he has experience in high performance computing, simulation, data mining, network management and web technologies. In Germany he worked at the Airport Research Center GmbH in architecture and operations simulation of Airports, Germany as well es other tech start-ups related to process optimization, 3D printing and web services.
MSc. MARINE BIOLOGY (UCh), PHD IN SCIENCE BREMEN UNIVERSITY, GERMANY
Gonzalo Olivares is a marine biologist and worked at the Research and Development Center for Coastal Resources and Environment at University of Los Lagos. Gonzalo research on ecology, physiology and oceanography. His most recent publication is a definition of health limits to prevent the spread of ISAV virus in the salmon industry in southern Chile, based on numerical simulations data.

Patricio Fuentealba studied Electronic Engineering at Universidad Austral de Chile, from 2007 to 2013. Since then has worked as development engineer in different research and production projects, both academia and industry in the field of signal processing and images. Since 2015 he belongs to the chair of software development UACh. His fields of interest include extraction of temporal variation, spectral analysis and signal processing. Currently he is working on his doctorate at OvG University, Magdeburg, Germany.
